①How can I make a purchase?
1. Select the desired product by clicking on it. Choose the size and/or color. Click "Add to cart" after selecting the required amount.
2. Click the Cart logo and choose "View Cart" after you have chosen every item you want.
3. Check your order and adjust the quantity if necessary. Click "Check out" to confirm.
4. Complete the necessary fields (shipping address, billing address, and payment details).
5. A confirmation will be sent to you soon after the order is placed. When your yarn delivery is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking link!
② Can I modify the order after placing it when I found that the information I filled in was incorrect?
If the order has not been paid, you can cancel the order directly and place a new order with the correct information. If it has been paid, you can contact customer service as soon as possible and inform the content that needs to be modified. We will try to modify it for you before the order is processed. However, if the order has entered the delivery process, it may not be able to be modified easily.
③ Why does it say "Submission failed" when I submit my order?
Answer: It may be a network problem. It is recommended that you check the network connection and resubmit. It may also be due to insufficient product inventory, incomplete information or system busy. You can check whether the product information and delivery address are correct, wait a while and try to submit again.
④ Where can I view my orders?
Answer: You can log in to your online store account and view all your order records on the "My Orders" page, including orders in different states such as pending payment, pending shipment, shipped, and completed. Click on a specific order to view order details and logistics information.
⑤ Can I delete an order?
Answer: Completed and canceled orders can be deleted. You can find the corresponding order in "My Orders" and click the "Delete Order" button to operate. However, the order record cannot be restored after deletion, so please operate with caution. For unfinished orders, some states can also cancel the order in accordance with the platform rules and merchant regulations, but it is not strictly deleted.
